jtrans v1.1

This is a straightforward hack which turns JFile .PDB files into newline-separated or tab-separated text files. And vice versa. Other converter programs exist, but I couldn't find one which had every feature I wanted. So I whipped out this one, which:

• is free software (GPL)
• has command-line arguments following the Unix idiom
• uses newline-separated or tab-separated text files, as opposed to .CSV (comma-separated value) files, which are not widespread in the Unix world
• can read and write both JFile and JFile Pro databases, and thus can convert between those versions, either way
• will compile and run correctly on any machine with ANSI C, regardless of such complications as byte ordering, compiler struct padding, or 64-bit integers
