Delightful Wallpaper spun out of a dizzying array of influences, including Mark Z. Danielewski's House of Leaves, Kit Manson's Maze, and -- of course -- the works of Edward Gorey. (Or should I say "Ogdred Weary"?) I offer it with my memories of John M. Ford, who died in the final days of the game's creation. I didn't think of Ford as an influence on Delightful Wallpaper when I started writing it. I suppose I didn't need to.
