Wilson, F. Paul -- Reprisal [e-book purchase]

Catching up on the bad-guy thread of the Repairman Jack universe. It is a respectable book except that it doesn't have Jack in it, and I'm sticking with this stuff for familiarity (Jack) and continuity (Secret History background) rather than because I love Wilson's writing. As usual, I agree with his underlying theme of "people who hate people are the loneliest people, and will also destroy civilization" but it's played way over the top.
